The details

Terms & Conditions

  1. Available to new investment properties transferred to Natgroup Property Management.
  2. Natgroup provides an additional $50 per week for up to 52 weeks.
  3. The guarantee ends when weekly rent increases by $50 or more, or when management ends.
  4. Each eligible property may enrol separately.
  5. Rental increases remain subject to Queensland tenancy legislation, market conditions and applicable notice periods.
  6. The property must remain under continuous management with Natgroup for a minimum of three years. Additional terms are contained in the Property Management Agreement.
  7. This promotion cannot be combined with another offer, promotion or discounted package.
